Once your modem has been successfully installed using the drivers and installation software provided with your equipment. Existing customers should follow the steps below to enable the new ADSL modem to connect with Localdial. New customers should use the Localdial Installation CD provided with your account details.

Double click 'My Computer'

Double click Dial Up Networking.

Now you should have the following screen:

Right click the Localdial icon and Left click properties. Now you should have the following screen:

In the 'Connect Using' section use the dropdown menu to select your new ADSL modem.

Now click OK and your connection is now ready to use with your ADSL modem.

Still experiencing problems?
If you selected the "self install" option please check with the suppliers of you modem that your modem is installed correctly.
