 2) Click on the "Connection" tab (at the top) then tick "Access the Internet using a proxy server", "Bypass proxy server for local (intranet) addresses" and then click on "Advanced"  3) Fill in the screen according to the image. Once you've done that say "ok" then "Apply" and "ok" on the "Internet Options" screen above.
