1) Click "Tools" then on "Internet Options"


2) Click on the "Connection" tab (at the top) then click "settings"


3) Click "Use a proxy server", "Bypass proxy server for local addresses" and then fill in the "Address" as: "proxy.localdial.com" port: "3128" (look at the image for help)

4) Then click "OK", then "Apply" and "OK" again. Thats all you have to do to setup the proxy server on your browser!
