
Firstly
click on your apple icon
then
go to control panels the click on INTERNET SET-UP ASSISTANT.

This
is the first screen you will see which will require you to click on YES.

You will
then be taken to the page below on which you should click YES.

Click
on
to proceed to the next page.

On the
screen shown below , type Localdial.Com
for the name of the connection and make sure there is a TICK on the modem
option then click
to proceed onto the next
page.

The next
screen will require you to select which modem you're using, the selection
you see here is the standard imac internal modem and no changes need be
made. click
to proceed to the next page.

The next
screen will require you to type the phone number you wish to dial + your
username + your password, once done click
to proceed to the next page..

On this
page you will need to select no to using a PPP script then
to proceed to the next page.

On
this page you will need to select no then
to proceed.

The next
screen will require you to enter two sets of numbers which are Localdial.Com's
DNS server addresses, the numbers are as shown below in the screen shot,
click
to proceed to the next page.

This
is where you will need to enter your Localdial.Com
email address as shown below , also you'll need to enter your Localdial.Com
connection password once done click on
to proceed to the next page.

The next
screen will also ask you for your Localdial.Com
email address and also Localdial.Com's
outgoing email server , which is post.localdial.com , click on
to proceed.

The next
screen will only require you to enter Localdial.Com's
news server address , which is news.localdial.com , click
to proceed to the next screen.

No should
be selected on the screen below, then click
to proceed.

Click
GO AHEAD to finalise the connection and connect to Localdial.Com.
if you do not wish to connect now , then click on QUIT on the next screen
to stop the dialling process, then going to CONTROL PANELS / REMOTE ACCESS
will bring up the configuration you just made.
