1) Click "Edit" then on "Preferences" 2) Find "Advanced" on the left side of
the window. Open it up by clicking on the "+" and
then click once on "Proxies". Then put a "dot"
in "Manual proxy configuration". Then click on "view".
3) Fill in the screen according to the image. Once you've done that click on "ok" and then "ok" again to take you back to the main "Netscape"
