9th January 1944. Catalina Z2147 of 131 O.T.U.Came into land in poor visabilty at Slipway Kiladeas. The aircraft skidded to port and then swung to starboard, damaging the port float, wingtip and mainplane. All 10 occupants survived the crash. The pilot was Sgt. Smith
