Another beautifully packaged CD from Goldmine and as the title suggests all the tracks will already be well known to the Northern Soul Faithful. Whether this represents a good buy however depends very much on what the customer already has in his collection because many of these tracks can already be found on other compilations. Three of them appear on Goldmine's "The Wigan Casino Story" for example, 'The Joker' by The Mylestones, 'You Don't Love Me' by the Epitome of Sound and 'Put Your Arms Around Me' by the Sherrys and ditto for most of its other selections. If you haven't already got the sounds on this CD then it would make a fine purchase, but if you have then save your money for something that's a little bit different. Personal favourites are 'Groovin at the Go Go' by the Four Larks, 'Open the Door to Your Heart' by Darrell Banks and 'If You ever Walked Out Of My Life' by Dena Barnes.
